How do I book?

Some of us are tech savvy and some of us are not and that is totally okay!! We offer the option to book through our amazing webpage (which you’ve already found ;)) or via a phone conversation. The choice is yours! We are here to help in any way we can!!

Where will we go and what will we see?

Downtown Punta Gorda. Routes are never guaranteed, but a good time is always promised.

Do we have to pedal?

Yes. The bike is battery “assisted.” To maintain speed and momentum bikers must pedal unless you are sitting on the bench.

How long is the ride?
1 & 1/2 hours.
Where do we stop?
This varies from tour to tour. How many times? 2-3 depending on time spent at each establishment.
What should I wear?
Comfortable shoes and clothing. Not wear? Flip Flops, High Heels, or anything that could hinder you from having a good time.
What should I bring with me?

A smile, great personality, sunscreen, and anything you cannot live an hour and 1/2 without.

Can I decorate?

Yes. Please keep it simple and classy. We are a family owned and operated establishment. No profanity, obscene or drug related items are allowed. The host will inspect the items prior to decorating and advise you as to what is acceptable. We are keen on providing a memorable experience in a positive way for everyone.

Lost and Found Policy?
We will hold your items for 5 days. If you contact us and are willing to pay for shipping, we will mail you item to you. Otherwise; unclaimed items will be donated to a local charity.
Reservation Policy

Upon making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email for your order. Please double-check your email address before submitting your booking.

Confirmation emails that say Confirmed are confirmed and no further action is required on your part.

Emails that says Pending either still require payment to be confirmed or have not reached the minimum number of riders to be confirmed. Please note that pending reservations are NOT confirmed until you receive an email specifying that you are confirmed. Individuals or groups that are too small to be confirmed MAY be moved to another time in favor of a confirmed private party, and we will notify you if that occurs. In that case, you will have the option of changing times or receiving a refund.

For smaller groups, we recommend being flexible with your reservation time, as often we can pair up small groups together at a different time in order to make the tour happen!

On Hold emails mean you have joined a waiting list and the time slot is not yet available. All customers with pending and on hold bookings will be notified 24 hours before the start time as to whether or not their booking is confirmed.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, please give us a call to verify your email address and confirm.

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your start time to ensure that we can check you in, verify waivers, go over the rules, and get the party started on time.
